By accessing and using VOLI LLC's Voli website and mobile application, users accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Users who do not agree to abide by these terms should not use this service.

VOLI LLC provides the Voli platform, a comprehensive volleyball application that includes fantasy volleyball leagues, live game statistics, community features, and exclusive content. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to change without notice.

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

• Fantasy leagues are for entertainment purposes only
• Users must comply with all league rules and scoring systems
• VOLI LLC reserves the right to resolve disputes at its discretion
• Cheating, collusion, or manipulation is strictly prohibited

Users may not use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit or procure the sending of advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

The Voli service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VOLI LLC and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Voli service is provided on an "as is" basis. VOLI LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall VOLI LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

VOLI LLC may terminate or suspend user accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if users breach these Terms.
